Delivery charges are currently taken up by MerchanirX temporarily for one (1) year. As you might expect, this is a limited offer intended to welcome new vendors to our ecosystem. Subsequently, orderdelivery charges will be taken up by the ordering customer.
Delivery is usually completed in 3-7 days.
The product vendor receives an SMS and a corresponding email notifying them about the details of your order. Thus enabling vendors commence swift processing for the delivery of your ordered item to our warehouse.
Upon a successful order checkout, a digital copy of a sales receipt is delivered to the customer’s email. At delivery, a paper copy of the receipt is again provided for documentation & tracking purposes.
When secure payments are authorized from bank debit cards, payments are processed immediately and swiftly.
A wishlist allows shoppers to create personalized collections of products they want to buy and save them in their user account for future reference.
Usually, MerchanirX takes care to validate all items hosted on our store/shops. If a wrong product or damanged item is mistakenly shipped to you, please call our help line or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancelling an order is possible. It is however not possible to edit/change an already processed order.
